Payment Policy

6.1 Available payment method

Davyo currently accepts payments through PayPal.

PayPal provides a payment service that allows eligible customers to complete transactions using the payment options available to them through PayPal.

Depending on your account, country, and checkout options, PayPal may allow you to pay using a linked bank account, payment card, PayPal balance, or another supported funding method.

The payment methods available to you are determined by PayPal and the options displayed during checkout. We do not guarantee that every PayPal funding method will be available to every customer.

6.2 How to pay for your order

To complete a purchase:

  1. Browse our women's clothing collection and select the products you wish to purchase.

  2. Choose the appropriate size, colour, and quantity where applicable.

  3. Add the products to your shopping cart.

  4. Proceed to checkout and provide the requested contact and delivery information.

  5. Review your order details and total amount.

  6. Select PayPal as the payment method.

  7. Follow the instructions presented by PayPal or the checkout to authorise payment.

  8. Review any confirmation information provided after completing your purchase.

Please check the total amount, delivery details, and selected products before finalising the transaction.

6.3 Payment authorisation

An order may require successful payment authorisation before it can be processed.

If PayPal declines or cannot complete a transaction, the order may remain unpaid or require further action.

If you encounter a payment problem, check the information provided by PayPal and contact its support team where necessary. You may also contact Davyo if you need help understanding the status of your order.

We cannot guarantee that a payment will be approved, as approval may depend on PayPal, the funding method, account settings, and other factors outside our control.

6.4 Payment security

Payments are handled through PayPal's payment systems, subject to PayPal's own terms, privacy practices, and security procedures.

Please ensure that you are using the legitimate PayPal payment experience and never share your password or one-time security codes with someone claiming to represent Davyo.

We will not ask you to disclose your full PayPal password by email or telephone.

If you suspect that a payment request is fraudulent or that your account has been compromised, contact PayPal through its official channels.

6.5 Currency and final price

The applicable product prices, currency, taxes, and delivery charges will be displayed through the relevant product pages and checkout process.

Where currency conversion applies, the final amount charged may depend on the conversion rate or fees applied by PayPal or your financial institution.

Any conversion costs imposed by a payment provider are subject to that provider's terms. Davyo does not control exchange rates set by external providers.

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders, as described in our Shipping Policy.

6.6 Order confirmation

After successful checkout, you may receive an order confirmation by email.

Please retain your order number and any relevant payment reference for future enquiries.

If you have paid but have not received an order confirmation, check your spam or junk folder and then contact support@davyo.uk.

Please do not submit a second payment for the same order without first checking whether your original payment was completed.

6.7 Refunds

Where a refund is approved or legally required, it will generally be processed through the original payment method, subject to applicable law and the payment provider's arrangements.

For PayPal payments, the refund may appear in your PayPal balance or return to the eligible funding method used for the original transaction.

Davyo aims to initiate approved refunds within 10 days, subject to any shorter legal deadline that applies. The time taken for the funds to appear may vary depending on PayPal and the relevant financial institution.

Please consult our Refund and Returns Policy for detailed information about eligibility, return procedures, statutory rights, and refund timing.

6.8 Payment disputes

If you notice an incorrect charge, duplicate payment, or other transaction issue relating to a Davyo order, please contact us at support@davyo.uk.

Include your order number and a description of the problem so that we can investigate.

You may also contact PayPal through its official dispute-resolution process where appropriate.

We aim to handle payment concerns fairly and in accordance with applicable law and the relevant provider's rules. Nothing in this section prevents you from exercising a legal right or using an applicable payment dispute process.

6.9 Suspected fraudulent transactions

We may review an order if there are reasonable indications of unauthorised activity, inconsistent payment information, or another genuine security concern.

Where necessary, processing may be delayed while we investigate the issue.

If we cannot fulfil an order and a refund is due, we will arrange the appropriate refund in accordance with applicable law.

We will not use fraud-prevention language as a basis for unlawfully withholding money or avoiding a valid contractual obligation.
